E.ON tasked us with the redesign of their customer journey from the moment of energy meter reading to payment, digitalizing processes throughout and establishing new customer experience pillars. We also coached teams with cross-business unit sessions on creativity and decision-making to turn the billing journey into a valuable touchpoint connecting customers with the company.
Our Product Design and Brand & Strategy Team fully supported and advised Boffetti, international provider of energy solutions, along its whole company’s renovation process.
Partnering with ABB to tackle the new product category of charging units for electric vehicles, we started with an extensive research, then created a modular system for the charging units for public spaces and for domestic use. The domestic collection is made from injection mold plastic, while the line for public use is made from vandal-proof materials, with a form language that further discourages graffiti. Our CMF lab also explored possibilities for personalization, so different car producers can serve their clients with personalized charging units.
Fostering sustainable mobility, we collaborated with Enel X to engineer and integrate its mobility infrastructure, designed by Koz Susani Studio, for those with disabilities. Connecting their system of charging stations to electric wheelchairs via app and smart cables, the project received the 2020 “Premio dei Premi” National Innovation Award.

Aiming to upgrade and refine their Easy & Safe product range, ABB entrusted us to craft a modern, functional design coinciding with the company's values, all while meeting the highest IP code requirements. Designing a line of robust, reliable and simple inlet connectors, we reinforced ABB's brand identity with a bold new look to be admired.

The new generation of Beta screwdrivers and instruments, designed by Design Group Italia, features improved ergonomics and high quality, lasting materials. The handles are designed to optimize the movement, and to better fit the shape of the hand, enhancing both precision and control. The texture maximizes the grip and the power to exert during rotation is discharged in exactly the right area for maximum results.
