Our UX, UI, service design and digital teams have put their skills in good use to create a functional web ecosystem aimed at guiding million visitors in a world of endless services and able to provide an extremely user-friendly booking system. A bank turned brasserie serves refined experiences
Tasked with transforming a bank into a French brasserie, our creative team revolutionized the space to incorporate a vault with 50 cm-thick walls enclosing the best wine collection in the country. Interiors were then imbued with an Art Deco style embracing a contemporary twist, where a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere sets the stage for fine dining.

Redesigning the customer experience of a destination
With more than 1,3 million annual visitors, Blue Lagoon Iceland is a travel destination with a complex ecosystem encompassing transportation, accommodation, food and beverage, retail and skincare.
Building on in-depth research to understand the spa’s customers and business needs, we defined a smooth, memorable customer experience – One which begins when the customer plans his Blue Lagoon visit and continues on through to his sharing of his spa experience post-visit.
