UX & Conversational Designer

For our Digital Product Design team, we are looking for a person with solid UX and/or Service Design skills with experience in chatbot and virtual agent design, able to define intuitive and effective conversational experiences, optimizing the language and structure of interactions to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with chatbot technologies and conversational AI cloud solutions
• Knowledge of chatbot’s best practices, with focus on usability and effectiveness of conversations
• Strategy definition and structure of conversations, designing fluid and natural interactions.
• Qualitative and quantitative research: interviews, insight analysis to understand behaviors and opportunities and user needs synthesis
• Definition and visualization of service blueprint, stakeholder map and system map, use cases and user journey
• Design of traditional and AI-based conversational flows
• Design solutions: from concept to wireframe to interactive prototype, also collaborating with UX and UI
• Designer Copywriting and microcopy for chatbots: creating clear, engaging and optimized texts to maximize the bot’s solution capacity
• Experience with generative and deterministic AI technologies for hybrid virtual agent design.
• Familiarity with the main cloud solutions for chatbots (e.g. Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, Rasa, etc).
• Good exhibition and communication skills, to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Good level of English (written and spoken) for international project management.
• Portfolio demonstrating conversational design projects and AI chatbots.

LOCATION: Rome/Hybrid
