OrderManagement Ecosystem awarded ADI Design Index

OrderManagement Ecosystem by Fresenius Medical Care is a digital innovative cloud-based solution that enables a collaborative way of managing orders and deliveries for Home Dialysis products.

Today, we are proud to announce that ADI Associazione per il Disegno Industriale awarded Fresenius Medical Care and Design Group Italia the prestigious ADI Design Index 2022 for the design work and consultancy carried out on OrderManagement Ecosystem, already winner of the UX Design Awards | Product 2022.

By integrating the specific needs of each actor of the home dialysis supply system through tailored digital solutions – a mobile and web app for nurses, a mobile app for patients and a Customer relationship management tool for Customer Service, a Back office portal for Support and Sales agents – OrderManagement Ecosystem enhances communication, speeds up processes, saves time creating a better experience for all users involved.

Three committees of design experts from “Osservatorio ADI” selected ADI Design Index winners according to the following main criteria: environmental respect, public and social value, care for usability, interaction and the overall concept Design for All.

We are honored to receive the ADI Design Index recognition that witnesses the cruciality of digital design within the healthcare sector and its immense potential when it comes to ease lives, optimize orders and deliveries both for patients and professionals during such a sensitive, stressful and profoundly articulated care experience as home dialysis is.
