Tratto Pen – the fine liner produced and marketed by F.I.L.A. since 1976, designed by Design Group Italia, winner of the Compasso d’Oro award in 1979 – has been selected as one of the most significant Italian design objects from the postwar period to today and it will be part of the exhibition “Design Italiano. La bellezza del quotidiano fra Italia e Argentina” (“Italian Design. The beauty of everyday things between Italy and Argentina”).
Curated by distinguished design critician Silvana Annicchiarico, one of the major Italian design experts, the exhbition takes place at Museo Nacional de Arte Decorativo in Buenos Aires.
58 design pieces will represent the main steps of Italian contemporary history. Functional, genial and simple Tratto Pen witnesses how design embodies the democratic dream of bringing beauty, emotions and easeness into our everyday lives.
