Fresenius Medical Care UX Design Awards 2022

We’re proud to announce that Fresenius Medical Care has been awarded the UX Design Awards | Product 2022 for the digital service ecosystem that enables a collaborative way of managing orders and deliveries for Home Dialysis.
Design Group Italia, working as consultant for Fresenius Medical Care, has designed an innovative cloud-based solution for Nurses, Patients, Doctors, Customer Service, Support and Sales agents that enhances communication, speeds up processes, saves time, creates a better customer experience.

I’m really proud of the team that worked towards our mission to create a digital customer experience that makes the life of our patients, nurses, doctors and customer service easier and helps to improve our ecological footprint at Fresenius Medical Care. My special thanks go to the designers in the team that conducted countless interviews to build the ecosystem in a truly user-centric way. I want to also thank the developers in the team that worked really well in a cross-functional manner together with designers to evolve the early stages design concepts into coded products and new functionalities”

The UX Design Awards honor the huge impact of accomplished experience design on shaping a positive living environment for all.

“The strength of the Order Management Ecosystem is that every stakeholder and user in the ecosystem was considered, and their specific needs designed for: from patients who need a simple and easily readable app, to nurses and doctors who are constantly on the go, to customer service and sales agents. The rigor the team described in their design process, from ethnographic research to piloting the product, is apparent in the result.”
