In designing a destination, a hotel, or a restaurant, it is important for us to consider the customer experience within the space and how to translate the values of the brand and destination through the physical and digital into an immersive, seamless storytelling experience. Keeping in mind all the touchpoints and channels available, the opportunities of the space and location that can inspire unique, tailored services and physical design. Destination offer focuses on transforming the essence of the destination into a tangible phygital experience journey, through combining expertise and knowledge and constantly evolving frameworks and workflows to meet the needs of the client. Our space design team works closely with the Strategy, UX, Service and Digital Design teams in order to create all layers of the experience ensuring that the end result lives up to the guests expectations.
