Bites of mozzarella with a concave shape that holds the dressing and makes mozzarella suitable for new ways of consumption. For example, just fill the dish with Orecchiette, dress them and eat with the fork as if they were pasta. The name itself, "Orecchiette", refers to a format of traditional Italian pasta.

The concept is the result of an in-depth research in the mozzarella sector,
aimed to find new opportunities for Santa Lucia.
